Dashboard Overview

Totals, pending, completed, expiring + notifications

The Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot: Total Documents, Pending Signatures, Completed, and Expiring Contracts. The right panel lists real-time signature alerts.

Account Settings

Top-right org logo → security & preferences

Click your organization name/logo (top-right) to open Account Settings. From here you can manage Personal Data, Language, Change Password, enable Two-Factor Auth, toggle Email Notifications, or Delete Account.

Navigation & Collapse

Find Documents, Contract Expiry, Signatures

Use the left sidebar to access Documents, Contract Expiry, Signatures, Pricing Plans, and Support. Collapse the menu via the top hamburger if you prefer a wider workspace.

Use the Three-Dots Menu

Edit, show, share, reminders, categories, download

Anywhere you see , click for contextual actions: Edit Document, Show, Share, Reminder, Move to Category, Download Unsigned, or Delete.

Quick Start Signing

Click Start Signing to begin a new send flow from anywhere.

Documents — Add File

Upload the PDF you need signed

Go to Documents → click + Add File To Sign. Use the Filter and Search box to quickly find existing files.

Assign Signers & Expiry

Self-sign, recipients, message, contract expiry

In the Add Document dialog:

  • Toggle I need to sign myself if you also sign.
  • Add one or more Receivers (email).
  • Write a Message (optional).
  • Set a Contract Expiry (adds it to the Expiry section & Calendar).

Recipients will receive an email with OTP-secured access.

Place Signatures & Send

Edit → Place fields → Self-sign → Finalize

After saving your setup, open the file’s and choose Edit Document. Place signature fields and assign each to the correct signer. Then follow this quick sequence:

Open the document via Show and choose to sign yourself if required
8.1 — Preview & Self-Sign Option: Use Show to preview. If you enabled I need to sign myself, proceed to sign within the viewer.

8.2 — Sign in the Box: Click the highlighted signature field assigned to you and apply your saved signature/initials.
Finalize the document after all signers have signed; copies emailed and final status shown
8.3 — Finalize & Distribute: When all signers have completed, click Finalize. Everyone receives a copy via email; status becomes Signed. If an expiry was set, it’s tracked automatically.
Workflow: If you checked I need to sign myself, you sign first → other recipients are notified automatically (email + OTP). After the last signature, finalize to lock the document.

Track Status & Notifications

Live status in Documents + alerts on Dashboard

Track every file in Documents: statuses include New, Sent, Signed, Expired. The Dashboard shows a short summary plus notifications when someone needs to sign. After you click Finalize, the status becomes Signed and, if applicable, the contract is also visible in Contract Expiry.

Contract Expiry & Calendar

Central view of upcoming renewals

All documents with an expiry appear under Contract Expiry with a consolidated list and calendar view. You’ll see coloured user indicators and exact dates (e.g., “Expires by tomorrow”).

Saved Signatures (Self-Signing)

Reuse your stored signatures

Use the Signatures section to store your personal signatures and initials. When editing a document, select your saved signature to sign instantly.

How do I remind a signer?

Use ⋮ → Reminder

Open Documents, find the file, click , choose Reminder. The recipient gets a fresh email with a secure link.

Can I organize by teams or clients?

Categories

Yes. Create Categories (e.g., by company/department) and move documents via the menu.

What happens after I send?

Flow

If you enabled I need to sign myself, you sign first. Then other recipients receive OTP-secured emails to sign. Status updates in real time in Documents and the Dashboard. After all signers finish, click Finalize to lock and distribute copies.

Why is my document “Expired”?

Expiry date passed

The contract’s expiry date has passed. Reopen via and send a new version or extend the expiry in the Contract Expiry section.

Do recipients need an account?

No account required

No — signers receive an email with an OTP-secured link to view and sign the document in their browser.

Is my data secure?

2FA + OTP

We use email OTP for recipients and support Two-Factor Authentication for your account. Enable 2FA in Account Settings.

Can I self-sign only?

Yes

Toggle I need to sign myself in the Add Document dialog, add no other recipients, place your signature and Send.

Can I control signer order?

Sequential signing

Yes where enabled: set a sequence for recipients so each is notified only after the previous signer completes. (If disabled in your plan, all receive the request at once.)

How do I change or remove an expiry?

Edit or clear date

Open the file via Edit (or in Contract Expiry) and update the date. Clearing it removes the reminder and calendar entry.
